Initial reports say that he was also severely beaten two weeks ago. The attackers can be heard saying on video during the 2nd attack saying “you won’t talk to the police anymore”
Louis, who lived in a foster home in the nearby city of Carcassonne, was found unconscious on a construction site on the evening of 19-20 June with severe facial injuries, bruising, and bleeding from his nose and mouth. The ruthless monster brutally beat Louis, and then with a smile on his face arranged a photo session while in the background the 17-year-old Louis was gasping for breath, lying in his own blood.
